If you have already an Axi Copy Trading account but forgot the password, please follow the below steps:
Please note that the Email Address must be the same one that is registered to your Axi account.
If you cannot find the email in your Email inbox, please check your SPAM/JUNK folder
IMPORTANT: Your password must be more than 8 characters and include at least one number, one Upper case alphanumeric, one Lower case alphanumeric, and one Special character
This usually means you have not successfully registered your email address via the app. When you reopen the app, click the “First time here?” button and enter your email address and password to log into the app. You may wish to consider saving your password to avoid this problem to avoid future login problems.
