All payouts/performance fees are deposited directly into your Axi Select account at the beginning of the following calendar month, provided that all open positions are closed. If there are still open positions in your Allocation Account at the end of the month, no payment will be made, and your Allocation Account will remain unchanged.

Once the Allocation Account is "zeroed” at the end of the month, funds will be transferred to your Axi account. In some cases, such as moving up a stage, you might receive your performance fee earlier.

Example:

• In the Incubation stage, if your Allocation Account balance starts at $10,000 and ends the month at $11,000, you will receive $400 [($11,000 - $10,000) X 40%] into your Axi Select account, and your Allocation Account will be reset to $10,000 on the first day of the new month.

Note: Profit split is available for users in the Incubation stage and above. The percentage split can be found in the Axi Select pathway table found in the Client Portal & Program Rules document.
