There are a few possible reasons why your demo account may not be allowing you to trade:

• Account Expired: Demo accounts automatically expire 30 days after setup. Once expired, they cannot be reactivated. However, if you open and fund an Axi Live trading account, you can gain access to a non-expiring demo account.
• Incorrect Account Number or Password: If you are using the wrong or invalid account number or password, you may not be able to log in or trade. Please double-check your login details.
• Pro Demo Account Restrictions: If you are using a Pro demo account, ensure you are trading on the .pro symbols for Forex pairs. Standard symbols will not be available for trading, as Pro accounts have different trading conditions.
