How long do I need to wait to access the Client Portal and IB Portal?

After you’ve applied and completed the necessary forms, you’ll receive your login credentials for the Client Portal right away. Access to the IB Portal may take a few hours to process. We’ll send you an email notification once you have access to both portals.
